Event Description

Fairy and Hobbit House Festival Fundraiser
Bedrock Gardens - 45 High Road • Lee, NH
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, October 8th-10th, 2016
11:00am-3:00pm

This year, Bedrock Gardens is hosting a Fairy and Hobbit Houses Festival and Fundraiser. There will be a separate Fairy & Hobbit House Trail with designer-built fairy houses, a guest appearance by a renowned fairy house expert, supplies to build your own house, and special items, such as books, for sale at our shop. The wider garden will be open as well, but at the fundraiser donation level.
The Fairy & Hobbit House Trail will include both pre-built and make-your-own structures. Some will be designed by our featured artists, school aged children, gardeners, community businesses and friends. But we invite you to build one too, and add it to our Enchanted Woodland Village. Some natural materials will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.  Be sure to bring your phone, iPad or camera so that you can take your child's design home in a photo.
You are invited to come dressed in your hobbit or fairy attire.

Admission: The donation for this event will be $15 for adults and $5 for children with ages between 3 and 12.

Important Note: There will be no on-site parking. All parking will be at the Mastway School in Lee, and there will be frequent buses shuttling back and forth. Handicapped visitors can be dropped at Bedrock Gardens, but your vehicle must be parked at Mastway School. Driving Instructions to Mastway School can be found here.

The Friends of Bedrock Gardens, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is working with the garden's creators and owners, Jill Nooney & Bob Munger, to turn Bedrock Gardens into a public garden art and cultural center for future generations. Your attendance at this fundraiser supports this goal. You are part of this legacy.
