The Merrimack Valley Halloween Book Festival is an annual event gathering dozens of writers, artists, and filmmakers to celebrate weird and spooky fiction. Presented by River City Writes and the Haverhill Public Library. This year special guest Joe Hill will stop by to discuss his newest book and all things spooky.
