Moose Hill’s very popular Halloween Prowl enables your family to enjoy this autumn holiday in a fun and non-scary way.
Discover the history of Halloween from a Druid and then encounter costumed characters as you are guided along a candle-lit trail.
After the hour-long guided walk, return to the Nature Center and enjoy hot chocolate and popcorn at our campfire - stay as long or short as you like for the campfire.
S'mores - we will have S'more kits for sale for $4 (makes 2). Head to our special S'more fire as a sweet treat after your tour. 
We change the characters every year to keep the event fresh for this annual tradition - we are now in the 35th year!

Candle-lit Trail 
The trail is over uneven ground on dimly lit paths. If you need additional light to see your way, a hand-held traditional flashlight may be used. Please no head lamps or cell phone flashlights.

Wear a Costume
We will have an on-going costume "parade" as participants are checked in. All are encouraged to wear a costume to be part of the fun. Come show off your creative costuming talents! A small prize will be awarded to all who wear a costume. The program runs rain or shine, so dress for the weather.
