Paddle on a chain of freshwater ponds in Wellfleet as the stars come out at twilight or the full moon shines on the water.

Pre-registration is required. Previous (recent) paddling experience and good swimming ability are required. Directions to the meeting place will be given upon registration.

This trip meets and leaves from the Hemenway Landing in Eastham (directions provided in link).

Please arrive 15 minutes in advance of the start of the program. Note that the ending time for kayak trips is approximate. We make every effort to finish the trip by the ending time listed but because we are dealing with wind, tide and differing degrees of experience on the part of the participants, there is always the possibility that the trip will run longer than anticipated. For this reason, we suggest that you not count on the trip ending at the time listed and plan accordingly.

Participants may choose among available single or tandem kayaks, or bring their own kayak. All equipment is provided; all participants must wear life jackets. We recommend that you bring sunscreen, windbreaker, hat, and drinking water. There are no facilities, such as restrooms or water fountains, at the meeting places.
